A lot of us have now completely changed our lifestyles in order to best slow the spread of COVID-19, which means many of us now stay at home as much as possible. As we learn more about the virus, the importance of exercise in staying healthy against it is increasing!
But this is where some confusion may strike – how to carry on our regular fitness routines while not going to our regular places to exercise?
This is why, My Body My Pilates has launched Online Mat Pilates and Online Prenatal Mat Pilates classes! Now you can have regular dose of Pilates anywhere you are, as long as you have an Internet-enabled device. We can exercise together via Zoom, a video conferencing app, and we can teach you the correct techniques, provide tips, and follow the exercises demonstrated by our qualified professional Pilates instructors – all via video and at your own pace.

What better way to enjoy Pilates at home?
This class is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced. The only equipment you need is a mat, your computer or mobile device, internet (and yourself, of course!)
If you're still looking to get to the studio to get your Pilates fix, our regularly scheduled classes are still taking place, they just need to be booked at least 2 hours in advance, as we have asked our instructors not to come into the studio unless there are bookings.
Whichever option you choose, just make sure you're still exercising to build your immune system!
