We believe true health arises when the body, mind, and spirit move in harmony. That’s why our Pilates sessions cover from fitness to clinical rehabilitation—along with free meditation to support inner peace and mental clarity.

In Pilates, the mind leads the movement. This mindful approach helps you improve posture, increase joint mobility and stability, strengthen the whole body, release tension, enhance sports performance, boost immunity, and prevent injury.

In meditation, inspired by the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, the mind is gently guided inward toward stillness and higher awareness. This practice calms the mind, deepens intuition, uplifts consciousness, and restores natural joy.

 

Together, Pilates and meditation help you reconnect with your true self, build inner and outer strength, and move through life with clarity, balance, and confidence.

I first discovered Pilates in Sydney when my son was six-month-old. Pilates helped me regain my body after childbirth, and it supported me through my second pregnancy with my daughter—keeping me healthy, comfortable, and free from the common back and hip pain many mothers experience.

I was deeply impressed by how safe and accessible Pilates is during pregnancy, and this inspired me to study it more seriously. After completing my instructor training in Jakarta, I began teaching and have been passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates ever since.

Through Pilates, we can create healthy, balanced days together. I look forward to welcoming you at the studio.

​I studied Contemporary Dance and Design in the Netherlands, where I first discovered Pilates before later adding Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis to my practice. 


I have taught in studios across Europe.  I am dedicated to creating positive, tailored movement experiences that enhance overall well-being. 


I enjoy supporting individuals in their physical challenges and goals, and sees myself as a researcher on their behalf—always exploring effective and creative solutions.

I was first introduced to Pilates while I was pregnant as a safe way to stay active during pregnancy and I immediately fell in love! The combination of strengthening and stretching left me feeling taller and stronger after every class. At the same time, I found that the focus on the breathing and movement reduced stress and increased my body awareness.

 

My goal as a teacher is to share these benefits with my clients; to help them feel strong and energized so that they can fully enjoy their lives inside and out of the Pilates studio.

Jessica’s journey into movement started with yoga. Teaching yoga helped her develop a strong appreciation for mindful movement and body awareness, and she quickly saw how intentional movement can positively affect both the body and the mind.

Her interest in Pilates grew from a personal experience with back pain. While looking for a way to strengthen her body and move more comfortably, she discovered Pilates. Through regular practice, she noticed real improvements in her strength, posture, and overall movement. That experience motivated her to study Pilates more seriously and eventually become a certified instructor.

Jessica’s teaching style focuses on building core strength, improving alignment, and helping clients move with better control and confidence. She believes Pilates is more than just exercise. It is a way to understand your body better and develop healthy movement patterns that support everyday life.

She continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing training and education so she can guide her clients safely and effectively.

Jessica’s goal is simple: to help people feel stronger, move better, and become more comfortable in their own bodies.

Helen Zhang is a passionate Pilates studio owner and Pilates Educator certified by Balanced Body. With an unwavering dedication to expanding the love of Pilates, Helen's mission is to empower individuals to move better and live the life they truly desire through the transformative power of movement.

Helen's personal journey with Pilates began in her late 20s when she experienced excruciating knee pain that made simple tasks like walking up and down stairs a challenge. Upon her Physical Therapist's recommendation, Helen turned to Pilates as a means to alleviate the pain. To her amazement, after just a month of dedicated practice, her knees were healed, and she bid farewell to the pain that had plagued her for so long. The incredible bonus was that she achieved her long-desired dream body, a result she had yearned for over an extended period.

Having experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of Pilates, Helen's passion for the practice only grew stronger over the course of more than 10 years of teaching. She witnessed how Pilates encompasses a wide range of benefits, catering to both physical and mental well-being. From meeting simple fitness needs to aiding in rehabilitation, fostering social connections, and facilitating inner peace, Pilates offers a place where individuals can find exactly what they need.

What sets Pilates apart for Helen is its ability to create a true connection between the mind and body, elevating not only physical well-being but also spiritual upliftment. It is this profound connection that inspired Helen to embark on a professional journey as a Pilates educator, driven by her desire to share with others how Pilates can truly transform their lives.

Born and raised in Shanghai, China, Helen is fluent in Chinese and English and is making progress in Japanese. After she moved to Tokyo, Japan, where she established her own Pilates studio. she runs Pilates teacher training courses fueled by her unwavering passion. Whether individuals aim to improve their own health and that of their families or pursue a professional path with Pilates, Helen's ultimate goal is to help them achieve their aspirations.
