Simon is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a holistic approach to movement and well-being. Trained by Helen through the Balanced Body curriculum.
 

Originally from Sweden, he is also a certified yoga teacher and holds a degree in osteopathy from the Scandinavian School of Osteopathy in Gothenburg. He combines his Pilates expertise with a diverse background that includes yoga, contemporary dance, calisthenics, and running. Currently, he is expanding his knowledge further by training to become a Feldenkrais practitioner.

Simon is passionate about helping people overcome the physical challenges of modern life—particularly those caused by long hours of sitting, chronic stress, and repetitive movement patterns. His goal is to guide you toward a deeper understanding of your body, reduce pain, and support you in creating sustainable, life-enhancing movement habits.
