Mat Class
The foundation of intelligent movement.
Mat Pilates uses your own body weight to develop core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Without equipment assistance, you learn to move with control, efficiency, and intention.
This class builds strong fundamentals and supports better movement in all other Pilates work.
Suitable for all levels, Mat Pilates is where precision, breath, and mindful movement come together.

Reformer Class
Strength, length, and intelligent resistance.
Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to provide smooth resistance and support, helping you build strength, mobility, and control without unnecessary strain.
This class improves posture, core stability, and whole-body coordination while allowing exercises to be easily adjusted for different bodies and levels.
Ideal for beginners through advanced movers, as well as those returning from injury or looking to train smarter and more efficiently.

Tower Class
Precision, alignment, and supported challenge.
Tower Pilates combines mat-based exercises with spring resistance from the Tower unit. The springs provide feedback and assistance, helping you move with greater awareness, control, and accuracy.
This class is excellent for improving alignment, core engagement, and balanced muscle development.
A thoughtful option for those who want structure, clarity, and deeper understanding of movement.

Chair Class
Power, balance, and functional strength.
Chair Pilates is a dynamic class using the Pilates Chair to challenge strength, stability, and coordination. Its compact design requires precise control and full-body integration.
Expect a strong focus on legs, hips, and core, while also improving balance and posture.
This class is ideal for clients who enjoy a more athletic challenge and want to translate Pilates principles into everyday movement.

OOV Class
Reconnect, stabilize, and move naturally.
OOV® Pilates uses a curved, unstable support designed to restore natural spinal curves and improve deep core activation. The gentle instability enhances proprioception and neuromuscular control.
This class is especially effective for posture correction, back care, and improving movement quality.
Ideal for clients seeking smarter, more therapeutic training or a deeper connection to how their body truly moves.

Gyrokinesis® Class
Fluid movement for a healthy, resilient spine.
Gyrokinesis® is a movement method that focuses on natural, circular motions to mobilize the spine, open the joints, and improve overall vitality. Using rhythmic, flowing sequences coordinated with breath, the practice enhances mobility, coordination, and neuromuscular awareness.
This class supports spinal health, releases chronic tension, and encourages freer, more efficient movement throughout the body. Movements are performed primarily seated and standing, making Gyrokinesis® accessible while still deeply effective.
Ideal for those experiencing stiffness, back discomfort, or stress, as well as movers seeking to complement Pilates, sports training, or daily life with greater ease and fluidity.
Pre and Post Natal Programs
The changes in body shape during pregnancy are natural adjustments made by the body to accommodate the needs of childbirth. The purpose of prenatal exercise is to support these natural changes by providing the necessary muscle strength and physical endurance, as well as to prevent and alleviate discomfort during pregnancy and postpartum.

Private and Semi Private Pilates Session
Private sessions provide fully customized programs tailored to your goals, needs, and physical condition. These one-on-one lessons are ideal for rapid progress, postural correction, injury recovery, and developing a deeper understanding of Pilates.
Semi-private sessions (2 participants) offer individualized attention while training with a partner or friend. Your instructor customizes the session to support both participants’ goals and safe progression.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates supports clients recovering from pain, injury, or postural dysfunction. Working in coordination with physical therapists, we use targeted exercises to restore functional movement, improve joint stability, and build strength safely for long-term recovery.
Helen Zhang is our Pilates educator with over 10 years of experience, working with clients managing a wide range of chronic conditions—including scoliosis—as well as those looking to enhance sports performance in activities such as golf, running, tennis, and dance.
