Postpartum pilates to get even stronger

It is possible with Pilates!
Your body goes through an enormous transformation after pregnancy and birth, and with that transformation comes a chance for you to become smarter and stronger with your movement. Pilates is the perfect way to do this because it teaches us body awareness so that we can take our strength training into our daily lives. Every time you pick up toys from the floor you could be training your flexibility or leg strength. Every time you pick up your baby or toddler, you could be training your squat and pelvic floor muscles. Every time you nurse or feed your baby, you could be strengthening your arms and postural muscles. Pilates teaches us how to take our strength training skills out into the world. If you do this, you'll be stronger than ever!
