Audrey has been doing Pilates on and off for about 10 years, and she started doing it as it was near her place of work.
Over the last three years, Audrey started getting serious about Pilates and she hasn't looked back since!
For Audrey, working on her core is the biggest benefit Pilates has given her. It´s helping her to feel a big difference in her body. Many of our clients share the same sentiments - after a Pilates session, many often notice they feel taller or have more ease in their movements. That's what we love about Pilates, that it has a very real, tangible difference you can enjoy after each class.

It's impossible for Audrey to choose her favourite class! If you come experience Pilates with us you'll understand why. Every class, every apparatus has specific benefits and they all work together to help strengthen and tone different muscles of the body as well as help you find proper alignment.
We really put Audrey in a spot with our interview because she couldn't choose her favourite Pilates instructor either! We are so proud of our team of instructors here at My body My Pilates because they go beyond being qualified, certified and experienced. They truly love Pilates and are committed to sharing the benefits of Pilates with others. They care about each individual client's progress (which is why we keep our class sizes small, just 5 in each group). And did you know that they are also talented in languages? It really helps us to make a connection with people who come to our studio. It's like having a warm, cosy community of people from all parts of the world and all cultures here!
And we hear you Audrey! We also love the idea of a special class for after work stretches. Modern life forces our bodies into unnatural and tight positions sitting at the computer for way too long and Pilates can definitely help bring some ease, flow and breath into these bodies after a hard day's work!
We love it when our clients give us feedback, because we are always striving to give our very best and we really want our clients to come here and feel their bodies are being given the best care they all deserve.
