Natsumi loves starting her day with Pilates at 7am and it gets her body and mind all balanced and ready for work!
We love having Natsumi with us! She is new to Pilates and has been doing it for just a week when we interviewed her!
She has always been interested in Pilates because her friends have been doing Pilates. For her it's like a combination of yoga and training. When she moved to Tokyo recently, it must have been a wonderful stroke of luck or simply serendipitous destiny that she found a place to live near My body My Pilates.
For Natsumi, Pilates is simply FUN and it helps her to feel balanced. This requires full attention which she really enjoys and is something completely different from working out in a gym.
With a Pilates studio so near her home, Natsumi has every reason to enjoy the opportunity and she also loves how international the Pilates community here is in our studio.
Some of our clients like Natsumi appreciate having early morning classes and it's a treat to start at 7am getting your body aligned, stretched and toned so you´re ready to start your day at work!
Natsumi is a fan of the Tower after just one week, because she can feel her legs getting longer! She also has been enjoying her classes with Katie and is motivated to start her day with Pilates!
