At My Body My Pilates, we believe true wellness begins within. Pilates strengthens and aligns the body, while meditation quiets the mind and uplifts the spirit. Together, they create a harmonious practice that supports resilience, clarity, and balanced living.

Our mindfulness offering grew from our founder Helen’s own journey. In 2023, she began studying yogic philosophy and practicing meditation, discovering its profound impact on inner peace, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. Inspired by this transformation, she integrated mindfulness into the studio to help clients experience not only physical strength, but also mental clarity and spiritual grounding.

Through mindful movement and guided meditation, we support you in reconnecting with your true self—building a foundation of calm, strength, and joy that carries into everyday life.

Meditation Class

Our meditation sessions provide a peaceful space to slow down, breathe fully, and reconnect with your inner calm. Guided with gentle cues, each class helps you quiet the mind and cultivate awareness—whether you are completely new to meditation or continuing your personal practice.
These sessions pair beautifully with Pilates, helping you build both inner steadiness and outer strength. Join us to release stress, restore clarity, and create a balanced foundation for your day.
