Diastasis Recti — the separation of the abdominal muscles — is common during pregnancy, postpartum, or after periods of weakened core support (including men and women) . While it can affect posture, stability, and confidence, the good news is that with the right approach, healing is absolutely possible.
This workshop is designed to help you understand Diastasis Recti, learn safe and effective movement strategies, and begin rebuilding core strength from the inside out. Using the principles of Pilates — breath, control, alignment, and mindful activation — we’ll guide you step by step toward reconnecting with your deep core muscles.
We will be hosting this workshop twice in the next 2 months. Date: Wednesday December 10th, 2025 & January 21st, 2026
Time: 11am-1pm
*Limited spaces available
You’ll learn:
How to identify and assess Diastasis Recti
Why breath and deep core activation are essential for healing
Movements that support closure and functional strength
Exercises to avoid during the healing process
How to integrate safe core work into daily life
This workshop is ideal for:
Postpartum individuals
Anyone (including man and women) experiencing abdominal separation
Those wanting to regain core stability, support, and confidence
With gentle guidance and clear explanations, this session will empower you with tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends — helping you build a strong, supported center for your life and movement.
