Introducing Our New Pilates Instructor Internship Program

We are excited to announce the launch of our Instructor Internship Program, designed to support the growth of top students from our Pilates Teacher Training Course while offering our clients high-quality sessions at a special rate.

As part of this program, we are offering discounted private sessions Mat + Reformer at ¥5,500, taught by our outstanding trainees who have demonstrated strong foundational skills, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the Pilates method.

Our first intern is Perizat, who has consistently shown exceptional observation skills, clear and compassionate communication, and a proactive learning attitude throughout her training. During her practice-teaching sessions, she stood out not only for her technical understanding, but also for her genuine care for others.
