March MATness is all about honoring Joseph Pilates' original work, In his book Return to Life he introduced all his 34 of the mat exercises. At My Body My Pilates tradition, we are practicing the famous Joseph Pilates abdominal 5 series in every group class and private class in March.  Here is your reminder: March MATness Video

⁉️ how to choose the best class level for you!


  • Fundamental → Learn at a slower pace to build solid fundamental skills, where you improve flexibility and stability, strengthen weaker muscles and endurance in order to develop balanced muscles to improve body function.

  • Beginning → Increase speed while mastering fundamental skills.

  • Intermediate → Improve coordination and balance, flow in grace and effortlessness.

  • Advanced → Achieve full control, strength, and seamless execution in grace and effortlessness.

No matter the level, Remember Joseph Pilates named his method Contrology, Precision is one of the principles. movement is medicine! You can read more here.

Check out our dates for Pilates Instructor Training Course for 2025. You can see our schedule here. Be sure to enroll early as places are limited. We keep our groups small for maximum attention to every trainee instructor. We have the Movement Principles component followed by Mat Course, Reformer Course and Apparatus Course. Please note that you need to complete Movement Principals before doing any other courses. We are always available to answer questions if you have any.
