Gyrokinesis® invites you to explore the infinite possibilities of strength and flexibility within your body.
It is a movement practice that allows strength and mobility to emerge naturally through breath, rhythm, and inner awareness.

Both Pilates and Gyrokinesis® emphasize:

Pilates
Pilates develops strength from the outside in — using muscular strength and structure to cultivate inner awareness and connection between mind and body.
Gyrokinesis®
Gyrokinesis® works from the inside out — using breath to awaken inner awareness, center energy, and allow strength to flow outward through the body.
It is like maintaining inner peace and stability even when the outside world feels chaotic — nothing shakes your calm or happiness.
