If you feel your neck working more than your core…If your shoulders lift when you breathe…If your ribs feel tight or stuck…
Your breathing may be the problem.
Most people breathe every day — but very few breathe correctly.
In Pilates, breathing is not just relaxation. It directly affects:
how your core activates
how your pelvic floor responds
how your posture holds
how much tension you carry in your neck and shoulders
If your breathing pattern is inefficient, your body will compensate — no matter how much you exercise.
In this small group workshop, you will:
Learn how to activate your deep core correctly
Understand how breathing connects to your pelvic floor
Release unnecessary neck and shoulder tension
Improve your posture immediately
Feel the difference between “using effort” vs “using the right muscles”
This workshop is for you if:
You don’t feel your abs working in Pilates
Your neck or shoulders get tight during exercise
You struggle with posture
You’ve had pregnancy / pelvic floor / Diastasis Recti concerns
You feel stress or tightness in your body
This is not a general breathwork class.
This is a Pilates-based, clinically-informed approach to breathing — focused on real physical results, not just relaxation.
