A Special Afternoon to Move, Breathe, and Recenter one Sunday a month!

We’re thrilled to invite you to a unique and restorative experience at My Body My Pilates — our special event, Align & Unwind, happening the last Sunday of each month.
This 1hr45 minute event blends mindful Pilates movement with Helen Zhang and the deeply soothing vibrations of a sound bath meditation guided by the incredible Tim Exley. It’s designed to help you connect to your body, calm your nervous system, and reset from the inside out.

Sound Bath Meditation:
If your mind is busy or your body feels tense, sound meditation offers a powerful way to release. You’ll lie down comfortably as the tones of Tibetan singing bowls wash over you, restoring a sense of balance and inner peace. The session ends with a guided body scan and a moment for reflection.
No prior experience in Pilates or meditation is needed—just come as you are and enjoy the experience.
About Tim Exley:

Tim Exley is a seasoned practitioner of Hatha Yoga, Kashmir Shaivism, and various meditation traditions, with over 12 years of experience in deep inner work. For the past 8 years, he has focused on sound meditation and healing, sharing this ancient practice with communities across Nepal, Japan, Australia, and beyond.
Trained in Nepal, Tim creates an immersive and grounded experience in every session, using sound to invite deep calm and introspection. His signature style is known for its warmth, depth, and quiet transformation.
