Located in the heart of Tokyo, we serve an international community seeking strength, balance, and deeper self-awareness.
We believe that true health and happiness come from when the body, mind, and soul aligned in harmony. That’s why we offer not only fully equipped Pilates sessions—ranging from group classes to clinical rehabilitation—but also free meditation sessions to support your mental clarity and emotional well-being.
Our approach is rooted in mindfulness. In each Pilates movement, the mind leads and the body follows. In meditation, the body grounds the mind. Together, these practices help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move through life with more ease and joy.
Led by a team of certified comprehensive international instructors fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Swedish, our studio is known for its supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you are new to movement or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find a place here to grow.
As a certified Balanced Body® teacher training center, we also provide instructor certification courses in English and Chinese, empowering the next generation of Pilates professionals with tools for mindful, effective teaching.
