We carry on Joseph Pilates original aspiration.
Movement is medicine.
Joseph Pilates was a sick child, he suffered asthma, rheumatic fever and polio. He created the contrology method to heal his body and after moving to New York, he used his method to help many ballerinas return to dance after injuries.
We don’t just teach the movements, we teach the body how to do movement correctly in order to strengthen and move more efficiently. When we move efficiently, we can carry more, lift more, walk and run longer without losing grace.
Everyone can teach movements, but few can teach the body. It requires a deep understanding of the anatomy and movements, programming skills, body reading skills, client reading skills and communication skills. My Pilates teacher training courses are all about building up these skills to become good movement teachers who can teach the body to do all the movements correctly and efficiently.
What do our clients feel after our class?
They feel time pass fast, feeling the whole body is connected, noticing weaker body parts start waking up, some unnecessary tension is gone. feeling stronger and lighter.

In Pilates, the mind leads the movement. This mindful approach helps you improve posture, increase joint mobility and stability, strengthen the whole body, release tension, enhance sports performance, boost immunity, and prevent injury.
In meditation, inspired by the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, the mind is gently guided inward toward stillness and higher awareness. This practice calms the mind, deepens intuition, uplifts consciousness, and restores natural joy.
Together, Pilates and meditation help you reconnect with your true self, build inner and outer strength, and move through life with clarity, balance, and confidence.
