We are excited to invite you to expand your Pilates repertoire with Gyrokinesis®, a movement method known for its organic, flowing sequences.
In this workshop, your body will be guided through spirals, arches, and undulating movements that enhance whole-body connection while coordinating breath with gentle yet powerful exercises. Gyrokinesis® helps increase range of motion, strengthen the body, and awaken the nervous system.
Practiced both seated on a stool and on the mat, Gyrokinesis® cultivates greater body awareness and proprioception, leaving you feeling open in your joints, aligned in your posture, and mentally refreshed.

Facilitator: Kirsten Enkelmann Kirsten, originally from Germany, studied Contemporary Dance and Design in the Netherlands, where she first discovered Pilates before later adding Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis to her practice.
A certified Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Trainer, she has taught in studios across Europe. She is dedicated to creating positive, tailored movement experiences that enhance overall well-being.
She enjoys supporting individuals in their physical challenges and goals, and sees herself as a researcher on their behalf—always exploring effective and creative solutions.
