When Pilates meets yoga.

 

Mr. Pilates was inspired by Yoga to rule breathing principle in his Contrology method.

 

As a result, Pilates is known for focusing on alignments, postural and body functions. And of course, Yoga is renowned for stretching.

Our instructor Agata is a double-threat: she's certificated by Peak Pilates as well as by the Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Alliance. She will take the best of both worlds and teach a Pilates-minded yoga class combining the maximum benefits from Pilates and Yoga.
