Agata Jargilo is a fully certified advanced level Peak Pilates Instructor, BODY BALANCED Pilates Instructor, specializing in a healthy spine, pelvic floor muscles and Senior. She is a certified Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Alliance Instructor and holds a degree in Ballroom Latin, Modern, and Argentine Tango Dance.
She has been trained by master teachers from all over the world and has developed her skills base on many dance forms, as well as Yoga and Pilates which she met for the first time in 2009.
For the last 12 years, Agata has been an active dancer, teacher, and performer around Japan, Asia, and Europe - including her native country Poland.
She was a member and regular dancer for 4 years of the well-known Tokyo Luciano Show. She has performed in several live shows (New York Broadway Mamma Mia show at Tokyo Conrad Hotel, Tokyo Tango Libertad International Festival, to name a few) and charity parties. Agata also has worked as a model and dancer for Namie Amuro, Hirai Ken, Ito Yuma, and other famous Japanese artists, and performed in live exhibitions for Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Escada, Hermes, and Junko Koshino - a Japanese fashion designer behind many other big TV productions as well. In addition, Agata has also taught the tango and Pilates in several Pilates and fitness studios around Tokyo.

"Dance always was my passion! I started at age 15 from Ballroom dance and continue til now with the one which owns my heart forever - Argentine Tango!
I was first introduced to Pilates in 2009 by one of my trainers as a great way to understand the body, become more flexible, and gain more awareness to simply become a better dancer.
Since I started my journey with Pilates, I never get bored, it always challenges me and shows new ways of how my body can respond. It’s a deep ocean of knowledge! It takes you to a higher level in a mental and physical way! You rise to higher and higher levels of capability as your self-awareness and experience deepen. As you gain insight and as your actual physical strength increases, you are able to perfect form shape and movement.
Pilates helped me identify my weaknesses and imbalances which I was not aware of before, it teaches me how to move in a proper way.
