Breathing classes in preparation for Labour

This breathing class for expectant mothers is taught by Stephanie from Tokyo Doula.


During the one hour class, you will be will in touch with your body and mind in preparation for labour and birth. You will focus on your breathing and how that can help you during labour. Correct breathing can serve as a critical and essential tool for relaxation during labour while helping you manage contractions more effectively.


Combined with other gentle relaxation techniques and massage, this one hour class will leave you feeling refreshed, more empowered and in touch with your body.
