We do not use our online learning platform as a medical records system and do not require participants to submit medical histories or medical records to purchase or access our online programs.

5. Bookings and Bookeo
 

We may use Bookeo or another booking platform to manage studio classes, appointments and bookings.

When you make a booking, information necessary to administer that booking may be processed through the relevant platform.
 

This may include:
 

  • name

  • contact information

  • booking details

  • class or service purchased and

  • attendance information.
     

Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive or medical information into general booking fields.
 

6. Online Programs and Kajabi
 

We may use Kajabi to host and deliver our online programs and related digital services.

Information processed through Kajabi may include:
 

  • name and email address

  • account information

  • program enrolment

  • lesson activity and completion

  • assessment or checkpoint information

  • program progress

  • communications and

  • transaction-related information.
     

We do not intend to use Kajabi as a medical records system.

Kajabi and its service providers may process information internationally.
 

7. Payments
 

Payments may be processed using Stripe or other payment providers made available by us.
 

Payment providers may process information necessary to complete your transaction, including:
 

  • name

  • email address

  • billing information

  • payment method

  • transaction amount and

  • transaction details.
     

Where payments are processed directly by a payment provider, My Body My Pilates does not need to receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.
 

Payment providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

When you visit our website or use our digital services, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
