Experience premium Pilates training in a class that actually knows your name. At My Body My Pilates, every group session is capped at five participants — so you receive the focused guidance of a near-private lesson at a group class price.
All classes are taught in English by comprehensively certified instructors, in our fully equipped studio in Motoazabu, Minato-ku — a short walk from Hiroo, Roppongi and easily accessible from Azabu-Juban Station.
Our group classes
We offer six distinct class formats, each 55 minutes and suitable for all levels unless otherwise noted.

Mat Pilates
The foundation of intelligent movement. Mat Pilates uses your own body weight to develop core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Without equipment assistance, you learn to move with control, efficiency, and intention — building strong fundamentals that support every other form of Pilates work.

Reformer Pilates
Strength, length, and intelligent resistance. The Reformer's spring-based system provides smooth resistance and support, helping you build strength, mobility, and control without strain. Easily adjusted for different bodies and levels — ideal for beginners, advanced movers, and those returning from injury.

Tower Pilates
Precision, alignment, and supported challenge. The Tower unit's springs provide feedback that helps you move with greater awareness and accuracy — excellent for improving alignment, core engagement, and balanced muscle development.

Chair Pilates
Power, balance, and functional strength. The Pilates Chair demands precise control and full-body integration, with a strong focus on legs, hips, and core. Ideal for those who enjoy an athletic challenge and want to translate Pilates into everyday movement.

OOV® Pilates
Reconnect, stabilise, and move naturally. The OOV® is a curved, unstable support designed to restore natural spinal curves and improve deep core activation. Especially effective for posture correction, back care, and improving movement quality.

Gyrokinesis®
Fluid movement for a healthy, resilient spine. Gyrokinesis® uses rhythmic, circular sequences coordinated with breath to mobilise the spine, open the joints, and improve overall vitality. Performed seated and standing — accessible while still deeply effective. Ideal for stiffness, back discomfort, or stress.
