Strengthen your tummy, back and pelvic floor muscles during your pregnancy term with time-tested Pilates exercises.

 

Safe even through to your third trimester, our exercises will help prepare your body for the changes during pregnancy.

妊娠中の女性のために:第1日目から出産まで

産前から運動に取り組む事で、産後の体型維持にも繋がります!妊娠中運動不足や体調不良でストレスが溜まりやすい時期です。この時期に腰痛、むくみ、脚がつるといった不調を予防、緩和し。出産に向けた身体作りを行います。

ピラティスは、他の関節に負担をかけずに、腹筋や背筋、また骨盤底筋を強めることができるので、妊娠中に適したエクササイズです。研究調査では、ピラティスを定期的に行うことは、骨盤底筋エクササイズをするのと同じくらいの効果があることされています。ピラティスの利点は何と言っても、妊娠中や出産後に問題となり得る筋肉や機能をケアし、そうした部分に重点的に、安全な方法で働きかけてくれるところです。

Breathing classes in preparation for labour

This one hour class will get you in touch with your body and mind in preparation for labour and birth. We will focus on your breathing and how that can help you during labour. Correct breathing can serve as a critical and essential tool for relaxation during labour while helping you manage contractions more effectively.

 

Combined with other gentle relaxation techniques and massage, this one hour class will leave you feeling refreshed, more empowered and in touch with your body.

Postnatal Pilates on Reformer

産後ケア

This Postnatal Pilates class is suitable for mothers who have just given birth and when postnatal bleeding ends.

Now that your baby is here, you can once again focus on helping your body heal. Stretched ligaments and muscles will need reminding what it was like before having your baby. With practice and patience, Pilates can help you regain control over your body. 

We provide a babysitter to take care of your baby with a cost of ¥800 per baby.

Postnatal Pilates on OOV 産後ケア

 

​We provide Postnatal Pilates class twice a day, one is on traditional Pilates machine reformer, and the other is on matwork on OOV, OOV is a wonderful class that perfect for Postnatal to realign your pelvic, strengthen the core and relax tired shoulders. It is almost a magical tool that can fix all the discomfort we have after birth.

Baby Sitting Service

We know how hard to get childcare in Tokyo. Your babies are welcome to our studio. For the safety of your baby and a full focus of your own workout, we encourage to use our paid babysitting service. 

Baby sitters are from CareFinder who are also full insurance. The cost is 800¥ per baby.  Please book in advance.
