I lived a teenage and twenties life completely unrelated to exercise. I began personal training at the age of 30 because of a desire to keep healthy, and half a year later, came across "crossfit," which had just arrived in Japan at the time. I worked on crossfit competitively, and did so 5-6 times a week. I also started participating in triathlons in 2016.
In 2017, I underwent left knee meniscal suturing, and Pilates was introduced as post-operative rehabilitation to also improve poor posture, improve the performance of cross-fit competition and improve the form for the swimming, biking, and running in triathlons.
This helped me experience the beauty of Pilates. I wanted to learn more about Pilates and spread its effects to many more people.
