Pilates effects for adults have become widely known. Pilates was originally created for rehabilitation. But it's not just for adults,  Pilates benefits children too.

Sports kids can improve their performance because they can build a stronger body foundation. Pilates is not an intense workout, so you can build a balanced body without disturbing your child's growth and reducing the likelihood of growing pain and injury.
